Exciting opportunity for experienced Property Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to join our reputable office in the heart of Sutherland Shire.

The Role:
  • Oversight of residential portfolio comprising 150-200 properties
  • Incoming, outgoing, and routine property inspections
  • Strategic management of property maintenance
  • Facilitation of communication between landlords and tenants
  • Proactive handling of arrears, rent negotiations, and lease renewals
  • Coordination with tradespeople for repair and maintenance requests
The Person:
  • Previous experience as Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager, coupled with an extensive understanding of tasks within the portfolio
  • Possession of a current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • An energetic and enthusiastic individual with a strong team-focused mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
