Residential Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 150-200 residential properties in Sutherland.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the properties are well-maintained and meet regulatory requirements.
  • • Manage property maintenance, including coordinating with tradespeople and ensuring timely repairs.
  • • Facilitate communication between landlords and tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • • Handle arrears, negotiate rent increases, and organise lease renewals.
  • • Oversee a team of property managers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
  • A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable car.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive, with a strong team-focused mindset.
