Supports Coordinator Job Opportunity">

This role offers a chance to empower individuals with disabilities, fostering independence, inclusion, and choice.

As a Supports Coordinator, you will work closely with clients and families, coordinating services that promote daily living skills, employment, community access, and independent travel.

You will provide early intervention where needed, develop strong relationships with local services and networks, and ensure services align with client goals and needs.

  • Qualifications or experience in Disability, Social Work, Education, or related field
  • Experience supporting adults and/or children with disabilities
  • Strong understanding of person-centred and strengths-based practice
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines
  • Confident with budgets, reporting, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of NDIS processes and disability-related legislation
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • NSW Working with Children's Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to engage respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds
