Role Overview:

We are seeking a collaborative Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in driving architecture, design, build, and governance roadmap across various workflow technologies.

  • Lead engineers and foster a growth mindset and innovative ways of working
  • Drive ongoing change and development for workflow solutions
  • Provide technology oversight to different business units
  • Share technical expertise and leadership to strengthen the team's standards
