Equifax ANZ is on a transformative journey, and we are looking for a visionary Head of Technical Architecture to drive our strategic technical roadmap and accelerate our cloud adoption.
As the Head of Technical Architecture, you will lead the charge in our technical transformation.
You'll set the strategic direction and execute a clear technical roadmap, all while ensuring a secure and compliant transition to the cloud.
This role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a major transformation and position Equifax for future success.
What You'll Do : Lead the overall technical transformation strategy and roadmap, accelerating our cloud migration to 100% cloud adoption without compromising security, risk, or compliance.
Manage a group of talented senior technical architects, providing guidance and leadership to ensure they are aligned with strategic objectives.
Partner with the CTO and other key stakeholders to provide clear, regular updates on transformation timelines, progress, and platform adoption.
Develop the future state of our architecture capability, preparing the organization for a post-cloud adoption environment.
Drive the adoption of global platforms and leverage AI to accelerate our transformation.
Collaborate with internal regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of our technical vision.
What experience do you need 10 years of experience in software engineering and / or technology architecture Proven experience in managing senior technical professionals and expertise in building & inspiring high-performing teams.
Excellent influencing skills and can articulate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong technical background with the ability to dive into the details when needed and step back to provide strategic direction.
Extensive experience in cloud migration, with a track record of implementing architectural solutions.
Deep understanding of security and compliance in a cloud environment.
What Could Set You Apart Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience is a significant plus.
Google Cloud certification Cloud migration expertise on a large scale.
Experience in the financial services or data industry.
