We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Dental Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and assist clinicians with dental procedures.
- Maintain treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
- Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, payment & insurance processing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dental procedures and familiarity with dental terminology.
- Experience using dental software systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- A positive and flexible attitude, contributing to a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
