Job Title: Registered NurseAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing care in accordance with individual resident aged care plans.

You will deliver and promote high standards of professional care, provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to our Care Staff, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.

This is a part-time opportunity at our facility in Wyee, NSW, offering a variety of AM and PM shifts available from Monday to Friday. You will be rewarded with competitive salaries, tax-free salary packaging up to $15,990, discounted gym memberships, and novated car leasing.

About You:
  • You must be a qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration.
  • Have minimum 2 years' experience within an aged care setting.
  • Possess prior experience in a clinical leadership role (preferred).
  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders including residents, families, friends, medical professionals, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines.
  • Possess the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
