Administration Role

This role is a crucial part of our residential aged care home, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to everyone - in person, over the phone or via email.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with high attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous experience in a reception/administration position is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, answer calls and manage emails efficiently.

Welcoming Visitors: Welcome visitors, volunteers, contractors to the home with a warm smile.

Administrative Tasks: Assist with ordering supplies and staff uniforms, maintain accurate record-keeping and filing systems.

Supporting the Team: Support the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing our services.

Requirements

Desirable Skills: Strong computer and data skills, ability to learn new software quickly.

Essential Qualities: Compassionate and empathetic approach, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
