Job Description:

We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee and manage projects that drive business growth. This role requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills to work effectively with customers and suppliers.

Duties Include:
  • Manage multiple major tenders
  • Implement projects on a day-to-day basis.
  • Generate and analyze reports.
  • Build relationships with key suppliers.
  • Purchase and expedite won projects.
  • Protect company interests through thorough project management.
  • Promote sales and take orders from customers.
  • Follow up on quotes daily/weekly.
  • Maintain communication with contractors to ensure timely completion of expedited projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Keep a tender register of all awarded projects and contracts.
  • Collate project information upon request.
Essential Skills:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Electrical Wholesale, Lighting, or Project Coordination.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
