Job Summary

Light & Wonder is seeking an experienced Sales Success Coordinator to join our team. As a pivotal function supporting the sales team, this role ensures customer orders are taken from opportunity to production accurately, efficiently, and effectively to deliver the highest customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales opportunities, quotes, and orders in CRM system.
  • Maintain data integrity in CRM system, including conducting routine clean-ups of obsolete data and updating venue information per government agency reports.
  • Liaise with the Sales team via phone and email, answering all enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all processes are complete for setting up new customers in CRM system so quotes and orders can be processed.
  • Update price lists, product library, and truck register in CRM system.
  • Process customer sponsorship requests and other customer-related agreements outside of CRM, obtaining internal approvals as required.
  • Pipeline management – ensure accurate data for reporting via weekly maintenance calls to Account Managers.
  • Compile and analyze CRM sales-related data and generate reports for management as requested.
  • Routinely cross-check data with Finance on deferred revenue, promotions, purchasing agreements, and allocated conversion pool consumption.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Act as a point-of-resource to other departments in the company relating to customers and the CRM system.
