Job Overview
The Post Production Support Specialist role supports customers post go-live of the investment management solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define new client requirements and configure the application to meet their business needs
- Train users and test workflows to ensure a smooth transition
- Liaise with technical support resources to troubleshoot issues
- Work with professional services teams to assign dedicated resources and accomplish deliverables
- Contribute to software quality by communicating defects to product management
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry
- Experience leading implementations or supporting investment management systems
- Strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes
- Ability to navigate complex ecosystems and establish relationships with internal teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
