Job Title: Post Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Post Production Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in post-production processes, including offline editing, online colour grading, visual effects, graphics, titling, captioning, mixing, and mastering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Post Producers on assigned projects and wider Post Pro supervision requirements.
  • Independently manage the post production workflow & team for assigned jobs.
  • Create & manage post production schedules for all assigned jobs.
  • Oversight of design & animation-only projects as needed.
  • Build & maintain collaborative relationships with clients, rostered talent & post-production team.
  • Share & present content for client review, QC review submission & final deliverables.
  • Coordinate with post production team members to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years experience post producing - or equivalent background in another post management role.
  • Experience of post leadership on commercials, episodic formats or features.
  • Demonstrable experience of versatility whilst working on briefs for different clients and industries.
  • Strong understanding and/or hands-on experience with industry standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
  • Must be detail-oriented & highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously within reason.
