Job Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Education, Supply Chain)
  • Proven experience in coaching and development of employees
  • Prior experience working with and delivering training to employees
  • Expertise in data analytics and visualization as well as the ability to interpret data
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Experience developing and implementing department goals and strategies
