The primary responsibility of the Delivery and Coaching Team Leader is to oversee a team of hospitality business coaches and their support staff. This role ensures seamless delivery of tailored coaching programs, guiding members in achieving their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. End-to-End Service Delivery
    • Manage the full cycle of coaching services, executing each phase efficiently and effectively.
    • Oversee scheduling of coaching sessions, workshops, and member engagements to optimize resource use and satisfaction.
  • 2. Team Coordination and Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and develop coaching and support teams, providing clear direction, support, and guidance.
    • Foster a collaborative environment promoting professional growth and excellence in service delivery.
  • 3. Quality Assurance
    • Ensure coaching services are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
    • Implement best practices in coaching and program delivery, continuously improving processes and methodologies.
  • 4. Performance Reporting
    • Prepare and present regular reports on coaching program delivery and performance.
    • Utilize data and feedback to assess program effectiveness and inform decisions on enhancements and adjustments.
  • 5. Member Support and Engagement
    • Ensure members receive consistent, high-quality support throughout their coaching journey.
    • Address issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
