About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pest Control Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of pest control services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Inspections: Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and assess pest infestations, and develop effective treatment plans to eliminate the pests.
  • Treatment and Prevention: Carry out treatments and implement prevention measures to ensure long-term pest control solutions for our clients.
  • Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business through sales leads and referrals, and develop strategies to increase customer retention.
Requirements
  • Driver's Licence: Hold a current and valid Australian open/full driver's licence.
  • Availability: Be available for possible overnight stays in remote areas, and have a flexible approach to work.
  • Industry Experience: Have an interest in pest control or related industry experience.
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing.
  • Physical Fitness: Be physically fit and able to work autonomously, drive long distances, and lift equipment as required.
  • Attention to Detail: Have a high attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets.
  • Safety Parameters: Be able to consistently work within both our client's and Rentokil's safety parameters.
  • Technical Skills: Be confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet.
