Restaurant Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced restaurant service manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the restaurant, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a senior management role within a luxury restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills, able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
