Someone who thrives in the art of hospitality, is energised by challenge, and wants to leave a mark on one of Victoria's most remarkable properties.About the Role:Supported by our Food & Beverage Operations Manager and a kitchen team driven toward excellence, you'll be entrusted with leading the day-to-day restaurant operations while shaping the overall guest experience.You will:Lead, inspire and develop a passionate front-of-house teamDrive a culture of service excellence and warm, intuitive hospitalityManage and evolve restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and consistent qualityCollaborate closely with kitchen leadership on food and beverage offeringsCurate and refine beverage menus, including wine pairings and seasonal cocktailsDevelop and deliver training and upskilling to raise the standard at every levelLead from the floor — visible, hands-on, and deeply connected to team and guestsBe accountable for service standards, operational efficiency, cost control and revenue targetsAbout You:We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is ready for the next step — and who wants their next move to mean something.You bring demonstrated experience managing a high-end or boutique restaurantYou have a sharp eye for detail and a relentless focus on quality and consistencyYou're a natural leader — hands-on, approachable, and energising to be aroundYou take pride in mentoring others and lifting the performance of a teamYou're agile, solutions-focused and calm under pressureYou're commercially minded and understand how to align guest satisfaction with operational successYou see possibility where others might see problems — and you're excited to build something specialWhy Join Us?
