**Safety and Compliance Professional**

The role of the Safety and Compliance Professional is to develop, implement, and maintain effective safety and compliance systems across our project-based civil engineering team. This involves working closely with stakeholders to establish trust and facilitate communication, ensuring that all project teams are adequately trained and coached to perform their safety responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive HSE systems and procedures;
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and internal policies;
  • Providing coaching and training to project teams on HSE matters;
  • Supporting the business in the preparation of toolbox and HSE pre-start content;
  • Maintaining and developing Georgiou's HSE systems to ensure continuous improvement;

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you should have relevant qualifications and experience in HSE management. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
