About the Role

This is a seasonal casual role, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of the festive season within our Westfield destinations. As a Concierge Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, providing assistance and guidance to customers, promoting our services and products, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services, providing convenient solutions to customers.
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs and provide helpful directions and advice.
  • Support the marketing team with festive events and surprise-and-delight moments.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. As a Concierge Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing a world-class experience for our guests.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Confidence in providing assistance in a busy retail setting.
  • Availability to work shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
