Concierge Role – Heart of Melbourne CBD

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Concierge in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception desk, greet clients and direct visitors and deliveries.
  • Keep the mailroom tidy, sort and arrange incoming/outgoing mail and manage courier services.
  • Handle executive mail deliveries and archiving requests.
  • Maintain registers for End of Trip lockers.
  • Oversee secure parking invoice consolidation and updates.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, staff and vendors.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and using courier systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in a similar reception, concierge or customer service role is highly regarded.
