Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Development Manager to drive the evolution of investment product solutions for Australian investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic product roadmaps to enhance investor experience
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve key product journeys and contribute to growth and early customer success
  • Collaborate with marketing on offer design, messaging, and activation flows to maximize impact
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize onboarding and funding processes to reduce friction and accelerate time to value
  • Align product positioning, features, and flows to amplify value and meet investor needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in product development, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact solutions
  • Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
