About The Role

We're looking for a seasoned and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of our core payments products. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the future of our product suite and directly influence customer success.

Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing, you'll drive the discovery, design, and launch of new features and enhancements that empower businesses to accept payments more effectively

What You'll Be Doing

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate a compelling product vision for our payments suite. Prioritise initiatives using customer insights, usage data, and business goals.
• Roadmap Ownership: Own the development and communication of the product roadmap. Align with stakeholders to deliver features that matter most to our customers.
• Customer-Driven Development: Engage directly with merchants to deeply understand their challenges and identify areas of opportunity for innovation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth, user-centric delivery across the entire product lifecycle.
• End-to-End Execution: Manage the full product lifecycle—from requirements gathering and technical scoping to launch and iteration.
• Performance Optimization: Establish clear success metrics and use them to drive continuous product improvement post-launch.

What You Will Bring

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business vision and customer needs into detailed, actionable roadmaps.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in interpreting market trends, customer data, and product usage insights to inform decision-making.
• Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated success influencing and aligning diverse teams, particularly in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Payments Expertise: Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including local schemes and merchant requirements.

Background Check: A satisfactory national police check is required.

Working Model: Hybrid environment with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office—because we believe in the power of in-person collaboration.
