Job Description

Located in Western Australia's resource-rich Pilbara region, the Pilgangoora Project and Operation produces a spodumene and tantalite concentrate.

There is an exciting opportunity for Contracts Administrators to provide administration support to the Contracts and Procurement teams and be active in the development and maintenance of commercial processes, procedures, and work instructions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing overall support of the Contracts and Procurement teams.
  • Providing contract support on key project packages.
  • Developing and administering allocated contracts packages.
  • Drafting and rolling out processes, procedures, and tools (checklists, work instructions, etc.) for the Contracts and Procurement function.
  • Ensuring all commercial processes are captured and maintained.
  • Supporting the development and execution of the assurance program to ensure compliance to commercial processes.
  • Supporting effective management of obtainment, retention, and release of securities, insurances for Contracts.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications or a Diploma of Business within any commercial or legal discipline.

Desirable skills include process documentation, procedure writing, and tools experience as well as experiences in business support of Commercial function.

Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of commercial document control processes are also highly valued.

Previous experience with month-end cost reporting and forecasting is desirable.
