Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to partner with our people leaders and employees across the organisation to achieve best practice human resource outcomes.

This role involves providing guidance, support and expert advice on complex employee relations matters, developing and coaching people leaders in fundamental practices and procedures, and actively promoting a positive consultative human resource approach.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor and collaborative leader who is passionate about fostering a high performing culture where all employees can enjoy their work. They will have excellent communication skills, experience undertaking workplace investigations and knowledge of employment related matters emerging within Local Government.
