We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to manage complex cases and queries.
About the Role:
The ER Specialist will provide expert guidance, support, and representation on sensitive matters raised through the Employee Relations team. The role will work across multiple portfolios and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct case management and coordination of employee-based investigations to ensure fair outcomes.
- Provide strategic advice, case coordination, and review of recommendations for ER activities to drive business success.
- Develop and execute targeted initiatives to improve case management processes and refine ER practices.
- Collaborate with external bodies, including the Fair Work Commission, to resolve complex cases.
Requirements:
- HR Qualification (desired)
- Minimum 3 years industry experience with proven track record
- Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills to build strong relationships
