About the Role
Cummins Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be part of our Cummins Graduate Program, which offers a unique opportunity to develop your technical skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply basic knowledge of engineering theories and practices in the areas of specification, design, development, evaluation, release, validation, and maintenance of new and current products/subsystems.
- Work through business processes for product introduction or use discipline-specific specialized tools to support and enable high-quality decision making.
- Obtain business inputs to deliver information and recommendations that lead to successful project decisions.
- Make decisions that progress projects forward without sacrificing project quality expectations through the application of academic knowledge and experience.
- Own problem resolution for moderately complex components, products, systems, subsystems, or services.

Requirements
- Relevant Undergraduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Mechanical design, and Material) completed in the 2 years preceding the start date for the Graduate role
- Excellent communication, with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Troubleshooting and strong problem-solving abilities
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and consistently driving for and achieving results, even under tough circumstances
- The dedication to actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels
