About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our team at One Digital. As a key member of our data governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management systems, protocols, and policies.
  • Provide data governance and data management advice and guidance to data owners and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data risk controls to ensure data is protected and customer expectations are met.
  • Contribute to the development of a data culture within One Digital, where the value of data is clear, and the risk associated with handling and using data is managed.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in data governance and data management, including industry frameworks and maturity models.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data regulation and its impact on digital businesses.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders, business representatives, and other data governance team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder and internal customer expectations.
  • Project management and delivery experience, with a strong affinity for new trends in data, AI, martech, and advanced analytics.
