Product Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Strategist to join our dynamic gaming environment.

About the Role
  • Develop a product vision and strategy that aligns with market trends, competitor products, and player behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive the product roadmap, game features, mechanics, and delivery process.
  • Guide products throughout the development cycle, ensuring functional execution and positioning for market success.
  • Evaluate game performance against player preferences and company strategic and commercial goals.
  • Leverage commercial acumen to direct resource prioritization based on business needs.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to create comprehensive sales enablement materials and execute product marketing strategies.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or product management roles, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Able to identify and solve problems efficiently.
  • Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to balance competing demands.
  • Commercially astute, self-motivated, and achievement-driven.
Salary and Benefits

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus hybrid work arrangement, employee rewards, corporate flu vaccine voucher, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
