Job Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performance teams with high morale to achieve exceptional results
  • Create in-depth Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with interdependencies and defined critical paths
  • Anticipate client needs and deliver business-aligned solutions enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Apply structured problem-solving practices to maintain program momentum and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Build authentic relationships with sponsors, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams through strong interpersonal skills
  • Continuously improve methodologies and deployment processes to drive project schedule, scope, and milestone performance within the PMO
  • Deliver executive dashboards synthesizing program health, achievements, and strategic insights to stakeholders
  • Develop efficient communication strategies ensuring clarity and progress on project objectives
  • Drive project schedule, scope, and milestone performance within the PMO by managing risks effectively
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are exceeded through proactive issue resolution
  • Manage financial performance aligning to program goals and strategic objectives, establishing standardized mechanisms for status tracking, risk monitoring, and performance reporting
  • Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration and decision-making to achieve project success
  • Lead delivery efforts ensuring highest quality outcomes for customers in regulated environments through effective leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years leading complex cross-functional IT or infrastructure programs
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to engage with executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in business, MBA, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • PMP or extended project management experience preferred, demonstrating ability to roll up disjointed efforts into structured portfolios
  • Excellent documentation skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
