The Role:

As the Site Engineer, you'll work directly with the Project Manager on a variety of civil projects including pipelines, pump stations, subdivisions, and renewable infrastructure. This role offers the unique opportunity to be hands-on in the delivery of complex projects while being part of a supportive, self-performing team. You'll collaborate with a skilled workforce and drive projects from concept through to completion.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Hands-on site experience in civil construction projects.
  • Exposure to earthworks, utilities, roads, and subdivisions will be highly regarded.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed with great people.
  • Full Australian working rights - essential
  • Be based or be willing to relocate to the region.
