  • Lead a team of civil engineers and technicians to deliver projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project and Asana.
