Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to manage multiple small to complex projects across various sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong communication and client-facing abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, including scope definition, cost planning and forecasting, program scheduling, contractor engagement, and quality assurance. They will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, while building strong client relationships and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver small to medium refurbishment and major plant replacement projects.
  • Oversee all phases of project delivery including scope definition, cost planning and forecasting, program scheduling, contractor engagement, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Experience in project or construction management (fit out/refurbishment highly desired) or recent graduates in relevant studies will be highly considered.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project and the Office Suite.
