Senior Clinical Leader

The clinic leader plays a crucial role in coordinating and leading our complex multidisciplinary assessment clinic.
This position works collaboratively with clinicians and other personnel within the paediatrics service to provide a coordinated approach to services and integration of the ASAC Clinic into the broader paediatric service.
- Requires an Allied Health qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology or Social Work.
- At least 7 years of clinical experience including experience in a paediatric setting.
- Strong skills in engaging and working effectively with families.
- Capacity to provide leadership and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve good clinical outcomes.
- Experience in continuous quality improvement and a capacity to lead evaluation and quality improvement activities.
