Senior Clinical Leader Position

The Senior Clinical Leader will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction and operational management within our centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and enhance the centre's strategic direction and operational management
- Promote excellence in clinical practice and family-centred care
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients seeking admission to our programmes
- Provide leadership and support to the clinical team
- Deliver high-quality clinical services to admitted families
- Act as an acting Nurse Unit Manager when necessary to fill planned or unplanned leave
- Exceptional clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to adapt and problem-solve
- A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective patient care and management
- The ability to foster friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Registration with AHPRA as a Nurse and/or Midwife
- Postgraduate qualification in Child, Family, and Community Nursing (Maternal and Child Health) or equivalent – desirable
