Senior Leader in Clinical Operations

Our organisation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical operations and service delivery. This is a pivotal role that requires strategic leadership, operational oversight, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in nursing or a relevant clinical discipline, current registration with AHPRA, and significant experience in clinical governance, audits, and risk management. They will also have a strong understanding of aged care reforms, funding models, and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a senior leader who can provide exceptional leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. They must be committed to person-centred care and continuous improvement, and have the ability to mentor and motivate a multidisciplinary team of care and clinical staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation and execution of the Aged Care Reforms Audit, providing clinical leadership across home and community care programs/services, and ensuring compliance and effective implementation of reforms across SaH and CHSP.
