This is a career-defining role as a Lead Generation Specialist with one of the world's most recognised names in the travel and tourism industry.
About the Role:- Drive integrated digital campaigns across paid media, social, SEO, email and web in collaboration with channel leads.
- Oversee campaign operations including testing, QA, asset management and deployment.
- Optimise campaign performance with insights from MQLs, CTR, conversions, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with automation and CRM teams to deliver high-converting nurture journeys and lifecycle flow.
- Monitor KPIs and translate campaign data into actionable insights.
- Support performance reporting and assist with attribution tracking for marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Contribute to organic strategy including blog and web content, aligned with campaign and brand goals.
- Support social content planning and execution in collaboration with creative and channel teams.
- 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing or demand generation roles (ideally in B2B environments).
