As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and optimizing marketing channels to accelerate revenue growth.

We are seeking a skilled Growth Manager to develop and execute growth strategies that drive significant revenue increases in the Australian market. You will oversee marketing channels, optimize performance, and explore new avenues for customer acquisition.

This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in digital marketing and analytics, and the ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, product, and patient care teams.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Design and implement growth strategies that align with our objectives and drive substantial revenue growth.">
  • Channel Management & Optimization: Oversee a mix of marketing channels, ensuring the right balance between mature, emerging, and experimental platforms.">
  • Data-Driven Growth: Use advanced analytics tools to track performance, optimize marketing spend, and maximize ROI.">
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Implement rigorous monitoring and reporting systems to ensure alignment with revenue, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate targets.">
Requirements:">

Technical Skills & Experience

">
  • Strong experience in start-up environments, proven track record of scaling from 5M ARR to 30M ARR in 2-3 years.">
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and growth strategy, with a focus on paid media, SEO, and performance marketing.">
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, GA4, Braze, META, and SEMrush.">
  • Strong analytical skills, with extensive experience in LookerStudio, DataStudio, and data segmentation/forecasting.">

Leadership & Strategy

">
  • Proven track record in leading and scaling marketing teams.">
  • Experience in developing high-impact growth strategies that directly drive revenue expansion.">
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, LTV, CAC, and conversion rate optimization.">

Market & Industry Knowledge

">
  • Understanding of the Australian market, including consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations.">
  • Experience adapting global strategies to fit local market nuances.">

Soft Skills & Collaboration

">
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, product, and patient care teams to enhance growth initiatives.">
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading strategic presentations.">
