Construction Superintendent

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our Data Center Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of data center projects, from design to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement construction strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft's safety policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
- Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in data center development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
