Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our Data Center Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of data center projects, from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft's safety policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in data center development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
