Lead Digital Services Transformation

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead the digital transformation of our services division in Australia & New Zealand. As the Head of Platforms and Digital Services, you will develop and commercialize our digital product suite, driving client experience improvements and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Product Development: Develop and execute a 3-5 year product strategy and execution roadmap for Platform and Data Services in Australia & New Zealand.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead the Australia & New Zealand Platform and Data Services team, fostering a culture of creative and strategic thinking.
  3. Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with global, cluster, and country product teams to ensure alignment on strategies and achieve timely, high-quality product delivery.
  4. Commercialization and Growth: Steer strategic initiatives and commercialize Citi's Platforms and Data services capabilities for the Australia & New Zealand markets.
  5. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy and applying sound ethical judgment.
