Job Opportunity: Disability Programs Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to coordinate our disability sports programs in schools. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering program initiatives, coordinating with participating schools, and reporting on progress.
Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver disability sports programs in schools across various locations.
- Coordinate with participating schools, ensuring smooth program execution and effective communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote program engagement and participation.
- Manage program logistics, including scheduling, equipment allocation, and resource distribution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or placement, preferably in sport management or a related field.
- Tertiary qualification in sport, sport management, or a related discipline.
- Current driver's license and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with schools, community organizations, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding and child safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to complete reporting and program administration tasks efficiently.
