Relationship Manager Premier Banking

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Premier Banking team, providing exceptional service to our high net worth clients.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing regular contact and follow-up to ensure their financial needs are met.
- Conduct quality financial health checks to identify opportunities for growth and provide innovative financial service solutions.
- Proactively build positive relationships with clients, anticipating their financial needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions, including lending and investment options.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' financial goals and objectives, providing tailored advice and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or relationship management role, with a strong understanding of mortgage and lending products.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to flourish in a dynamic and ever-changing market.
- Certificate IV accreditation in lending or similar, and/or FSRA Tier 2 accreditation, including Deposit Products and General Insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
