About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and identifying new opportunities to solicit new clients for the Avmax Group of Companies.

Job Overview

This is a contract position available with our Aviation Services & Leasing company. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, analyzing industry trends, and developing proposals for future growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and identify new opportunities to solicit new clients for the Avmax Group of Companies.
  • Conduct market research and build a solid pipeline of potential clients to contact regarding the sale of parts, aircraft, etc.
  • Analyze trends in the industry and among competitors to develop proposals for future growth opportunities.
  • Responsible to track the rate at which sales revenue is growing.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs for equipment.
  • Engage with clients and build lasting relationships to maximize sales.
  • Liaise with suppliers and various departments to ensure timely delivery of customers' needs.
  • Continually meet targets, KPI's, and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Travel to meet clients when and where required.
Requirements
  • Proven work track record in sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
Experience
  • A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, preferably but not necessarily, within the aviation industry, leasing, or similar.
  • Aviation experience is considered a strong asset.
Estimated Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)About Avmax Group - Australia
