Job Description:">

Seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide active or passive supports in various locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring young people with disabilities and possess excellent communication skills.

The role involves working in supported accommodation houses, where you will be responsible for providing daily living support, personal care, and social activities.

  • ">
  • Education: Currently studying an allied health degree, nursing degree, education degree, or similar field">
  • Certificates: Completed or currently working towards a Certificate III or IV in Disabilities or Community Services, Certificate in Allied Health Assistance (AHA)">
  • Experience: Background in aged care or similar, lived experience with disabilities">
  • Skillset: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team">
