Qualifications: Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
Experience in a similar role within the disability sector is highly desirable but not required.
A relevant qualification in disability services or a related field is a plus.
Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Familiarity with disability-related services, resources, and government assistance programs is an advantage.
