Job Description

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead and manage change initiatives within our Talent (HR) Team. As a Change Specialist, you'll drive alignment between transformation goals and project execution, while also managing stakeholder engagement and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with our organization's goals and assess the impact of changes on our employees.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs that facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess their effectiveness.
  • Lead specific projects, workstreams, or deliverables and support the planning and delivery of Talent-related projects by integrating change activities within broader project timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need proven experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a professional services or complex matrix-style organizational environment. You should have a strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools, as well as excellent project management skills.
