
Business Administration Specialist

Our business offers administration services to high-net-worth clients and progressive small businesses.
This role involves providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, receiving and sending items, and performing reception and administration duties.
You will work in a thriving street with a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, no weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration duties
- Answering phone calls
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Photocopying, filing, and scanning
- Amenity and stationery ordering
- Assisting with the maintenance of client records and database
- Scheduling meetings and board rooms when required
- Cleanliness of common areas
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Customer-orientated
- Ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
