As a Project Officer, you will contribute to the development, delivery and administration of funding programs that support disaster preparedness, recovery and resilience across NSW.
About the RoleYou will work on project planning, stakeholder engagement and performance monitoring to drive successful outcomes. This includes supporting funding programs that deliver real outcomes for NSW communities, contributing to the development, delivery and administration of grants and funding programs, and working across project planning, stakeholder engagement and performance monitoring to achieve outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver high-quality results. You should bring:
- Experience managing the grants administration lifecycle, including program development, application assessment and funding acquittal.
- Strong coordination skills across project planning, budgeting, reporting and resource management.
- Ability to support the delivery of funding programs aligned with agency policies and procedures.
- Analytical skills to conduct research, identify trends and improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- A commitment to delivering projects on time, within scope and to quality standards using established project management methodologies.
- A team-focused mindset with a passion for public service and community outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant knowledge and experience.
