Disaster Recovery Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Disaster Recovery Specialist. As a member of our team, you will play a vital part in restoring properties to their original state after disaster strikes.

The Role:
  • Emergency water extraction and drying
  • Specialized cleaning duties
  • Mould remediation
  • Fire, smoke, and soot damage restoration
  • Small scale demolition work
  • Contents cleaning and restoration
  • Preparation of detailed reports
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and have a strong work ethic and positive attitude. A drivers license and ability to pass a national police security check are also essential.

A background in carpentry, building labourer, cleaner, carpet cleaner, carpet layer, handyman or any general trades assistant is desirable but not mandatory for the right candidate.
