About the RoleWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. Reporting to our General Manager - Marketing & Brand, this role is based at our office and offers flexible working opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support multiple digital platforms including CRM, CMS, and eDM/SMS software.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns to support the overall campaign roadmap, including broadcast, programmatic, video, social, and search to optimise brand awareness and drive leads.
- Execute and report on social media advertising.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain highly effective websites driving brand awareness and leads.
- Execute SEM to build new audiences, build brand preference.
- Perform data analytics to identify areas of opportunity and communicate updates and recommendations to improve digital performance, including campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience managing and supporting multiple digital platforms.
- Understanding of marketing automation, content development, project management, development, and implementation.
- Ability to think critically and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
- Proven experience executing and reporting on social media advertising.
- Experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining highly effective websites.
- Proven experience executing SEM to build new audiences and build brand preference.
- Data analytics skills to identify areas of opportunity and communicate updates and recommendations.
