We are seeking an experienced and skilled consultant to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by identifying issues proactively, building strong relationships with customers, and developing innovative solutions that benefit both parties.

Job Description:
  • Manage customer interactions via multiple communication channels, ensuring seamless execution of shipment lifecycles and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Understand external factors impacting customers' supply chains and identify their needs, drivers, and desires.
  • Align with customer expectations upfront and respond with suggested solutions.
  • Oversee customer satisfaction across our product offerings.
  • Cross-sell and upsell Logistics and Services products to customers.
  • Manage vendor relationships and optimize shipment order consolidation planning without physical cargo execution.
  • Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions or alternatives.

Our ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the shipping, supply chain, and logistics industries, excellent stakeholder management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, energetic and well-organized, analytical and problem-solving skills, good process understanding, digital proficiency, strong Microsoft office skills, ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality, strong cost consciousness and optimization mindset.

Preferred candidates will undergo reference checks and pre-employment screening, including a National Police Check, if applicable.
